Salvaged from the 1900-built Avon gymnasium Barn, these nominal 2"x8" boards may have the most beautiful color and texture you'll ever see! In lengths up to 16', these were the original joists holding up the floor. They have incredibly dense, tight grain and are perfectly rough sawn dark reddish brown. The quality of this old-growth dimensional lumber is unbelievable & the grade is clear with minimal knots.
Both faces of these boards are completely clear, with nail holes and oxidation marks on one edge. They would make stunning rustic floating shelves, or could be perfect for any outdoor project!

We carefully clean & inspect each board: face denailing, cutting out defects and ends square, and finish with a light pressure-wash. We custom cut to order, with short turnaround times.
